Standard Shipping
All orders ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or Spee-Dee Delivery ground at the flat rates listed above. Wipemart reserves the right to use any of the listed shipping companies for any order. Additional shipping methods such as Overnight and 2nd Day Air are available but are not eligible for flat rate shipping. Orders shipping via an expedited shipping method must be called in and will be subject to additional fees based on the destination zip code.
Orders placed after 2:00pm CST, will ship next business day on in-stock items. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only to the United States, EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii. We do not make international deliveries (or to Puerto Rico). However, we hope to provide this service in the near future.
Tracking The Shipment of Your Order
We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website to track your order.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box, or APO/FPO Address?
We now ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Note: Shipping to APO/FPO addresses can take 2-3 weeks.
